In addition to your rent, you will be responsible for the following upfront costs. There is a $64.50 application charge per applicant and a $300 holding deposit, which are due at the time of application. At move-in, there is a one-time gym charge of $20 per adult resident, and a security deposit of $600 (standard deposit) for one-bedroom homes or $1000 (standard deposit) for two- and three-bedroom homes. Note – the standard deposit only applies with approved credit, and deposits can range up to one month’s rent depending on qualification screening. The $300 holding deposit collected at the time of application will be applied to the total security deposit amount due. Your utility bill will be sent to you each month by Utility Billing, Inc. They charge $4.75 per month for utility billing service and have a one-time upfront setup charge of $40.
